Compass brings demand, inventory and shipment flow across multi-region sales and distribution operations onto a single forecasting surface. The data layer unifies signals from existing ERP, warehouse-management and POS systems into one forecast pipeline. Results show up on a planner-facing dashboard and as order-suggestion lines inside the ERP itself.
The model layer is an ensemble that auto-selects per series between classical statistical forecasters and gradient-boost / sequence models. Every forecast ships with reason tags the planning team can verify — promotion, seasonality, supply-side disruption — so it never reads as a black box.
Typical production outcomes: a drop in out-of-stock incidents, reduced overstock across regions and a meaningful cut in manual override time during the planning cycle.
